DESCRIPTION
Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Screw loading hopper equipped with filter for liquid extraction.
The machine consists of a chamber inside of which a cage with flared holes rotates, with a horizontal axis and at a variable speed.
Inside the cage a Beater Shaft, consisting of a series of adjustable food-grade rubber spatulas rotates at a variable speed.
Speed variation is by means of a mechanical speed variator.
Supplied on wheels to facilitate movement in the cellar.
Control panel located at the rear of the machine, equipped with pushbuttons for switching on and off.
Safety systems installed in accordance with current regulations.

DESCRIPTION
Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The machine essentially consists of a chamber inside which a cage with flared holes rotates, with a horizontal axis and at a variable speed. The latter is available in different bores according to the type of grapes to be processed.
Inside the cage, a beater shaft, composed of a series of food-grade rubber spatulas adjustable in inclination and with differentiated pitch, rotates in the same direction as the cage at a speed 9/10 times greater, but still variable. This makes it possible to achieve perfect separation of the berry from the stalk and expulsion of the latter in a gentle manner.
It is equipped with a display for viewing from the panel, the current speed of the shaft.
Speed variation is by means of an electronic frequency converter Inverter, to the many advantages is also added the constant torque even at low speed.
The machine is equipped with a system for varying the eccentricity between the drilled drum and beater; acting on this mechanism adjusts the distance between the end of the rubber paddles and the inner surface of the drum. Particularly effective in processing mechanically harvested grapes, as it ensures more effective removal of foliage from the drum.
The Drive Unit located at the front of the machine, made movable by means of gas pistons, allows the shaft and cage to be removed and interchanged very easily and in only a few minutes.
Draining hopper with motorized screw, particularly suitable for grapes harvested by machine or with the presence of large amounts of must.

DESCRIPTION:
Ideal for transferring liquid or quite dense products in a soft and delicate way.
Peristalsis principle is applied to the pump according to the prevalence of the processed fluid which is impressed by a progressive compression produced by the rollers that run along the inner pipe.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:
Body pump and two-tyre frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel (with two (2) rotating and two (2) fixed wheels.
Stainless steel compensation chambers; detachable on DIN connection.
Inner Pipe made of EPDM alimentary rubber.
Pressure switch that automatically stops the pump in case of increasing delivery pressure; used as both as a safety device and an automatic closure for barrels loading.
Equipped with inverter to regulate pump capacity.
ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL endowed with:
- pushbuttons to switch on and off the pump;
- selector switch to reverse pumping direction;

ROTARY DRUM FILTER ASSO10 – SPADONI

Asso is a rotary drum filter with mechanical vacuum filtration system, ideal for continuous and automatic processing of liquids with solid suspension concentration, such as must and lees.
Through vacuum filtration, it guarantees a result free of solid particles, which are removed together with the kieselguhr with which the filter panel is formed. At each turn of the drum, a blade removes the accumulated waste substances, while the filtered liquid is extracted, thus limiting its degradation, and allowing a very high level of hygiene, also supported by the possibility of inspecting the drum to clean and sterilize it.
