The UNIVER Della Toffola filter presses are cardboard filters that allow both the use of filter cardboards and chamber filtration plates made of plastic material. Based on a proven technology in which Della Toffola has decades of experience, they have always constituted a simple and effective solution for all processes that involve the separation of the liquid part from the suspended solids.

 

UNIVER filter presses allow the convenient replacement of plate filter packs with filtration sheets, adapting to various sectors always with excellent results. They are designed and built mainly for the filtration of lees and, with the addition of a centrifugal pump, of wines, musts and wine processing by-products. However, with specific accessories they can also filter other products, such as oils, juices, drinks and chemical and pharmaceutical products.

 

Built using the best materials and components, UNIVER filter presses are extremely reliable and guarantee long life.

 

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

 

Finally, all filters are equipped with a feeding pump and a manual or automated hydraulic closing system.
