Destemming consists in removing the stalks from the grapes to obtain a more harmonious and less tannic wine.
At the end, the integrity of the berry must be respected when separating it from its pedicel.
The Puleo VEGA Destemmer – Crushers are suitable for destemming and crushing grape, respecting its original structural features and ensuring maximum quality.
Available with simple hopper (TS) and with draining hopper (TD).

La funzionalità dell’innovativo sistema brevettato Puleo, consiste nel tenere liberi i fori del cilindro forato da foglie o MOG, grazie ad uno speciale apparato ad aria compressa gestito da microcontrollore. L’uso ideale di questo brevetto è nella diraspatura di uva raccolta a macchina.

With stainless steel pegs whose extremity is equipped with adjustable rubber spatulas.
Draining hopper.
It is advisable to regulate the feeding of the grapes in case of grapes mechanically harvested. It is operated by motovariator.
Crusher with rubber rollers
It moves along rails to allow its horizontal displacement and to performs crushing/no crushing processes. Safety switches with locking device in case of contact with foreign bodies.
“Air system” Kit
The innovative patented Puleo system consists in holding free the holes of the holed cage from leaves or MOG. It is destined to process mechanically harvested grapes.
Holed cage
Wide range of holed cages with various size perforation available in AISI 304 stainless steel and Polyethylene.
Control Panel
Equipped with all controls to manage the destemming-crushing system, with power controller for destemmer and shaft speed adjustment.

Partial destemming is performed by two small doors, situated on the draining hopper, openable by means of pneumatic pistons.
