DESCRIPTION:
Designed to drain crushed grapes.
All parts in contact with the product – grapes and must, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Epicyclical gear unit abundantly dimensioned.
* Motor prepared to change the screw speed, done by inverter (optional).
Supplied on wheels, with varnished steel support legs.
STATIC System which stops the product from going back through the screw.
Compression plate with counterweight bar.
