Entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Destemmer shaft with pegs made of stainless steel fitted at the end of adjustable rubber spatulas.
Holed cylinder made of stainless steel (diam. 900 mm x 1980 mm length-holes diam. 28/22).
Beater shaft with variable speed “SYSTEM INVERTER”.
Equipped with junction box, connections to the motors and safety switches.
Internal cleaning system.
Easy interchangeability of cylinder and beater shaft.
CRUSHER WITH FOUR RUBBER ROLLER:
Placed below the cage, supported by two rails.
Scrolling lets you perform different operations: 1) destemming and pressing simultaneously; 2) only destemming; 3) only pressing.
DRAINING HOPPER:
Large hopper with feeding screw driven by an electric motor.
Large draining surface of sheet with oblong holes.
Inspection door to allow cleaning in the juice collection tray.
