DESCRIPTION:
Ideal for transferring liquid or quite dense products in a soft and delicate way.
Peristalsis principle is applied to the pump according to the prevalence of the processed fluid which is impressed by a progressive compression produced by the rollers that run along the inner pipe.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS:
Body pump and two-tyre frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel (with two (2) rotating and two (2) fixed wheels.
Stainless steel compensation chambers; detachable on DIN connection.
Inner Pipe made of EPDM alimentary rubber.
Pressure switch that automatically stops the pump in case of increasing delivery pressure; used as both as a safety device and an automatic closure for barrels loading.
Equipped with inverter to regulate pump capacity.
ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL endowed with:
- pushbuttons to switch on and off the pump and the hopper’s feeding screw (optional);
- selector switch to reverse pumping direction;
- inverter with power controller;
- emergency button;
- tension warning light;
- general power switch.
Equipped with three (3) meter cable and three phase plug.
