DESCRIPTION:

- Entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304.Destemmer shaft with pegs made of stainless steel fitted at the end of adjustable rubber spatulas.Holed cylinder made of stainless steel (diam. 900 mm x 1980 mm length-holes diam. 28/22).
Beater shaft with variable speed “SYSTEM INVERTER”.
Equipped with junction box , connections to the motors and safety switches.
Internal cleaning system.
Easy interchangeability of cylinder and beater shaft.
CRUSHER WITH FOUR RUBBER ROLLER:
Placed below the cage, supported by two rails.
Scrolling lets you perform different operations: 1) destemming and pressing simultaneously; 2) only destemming; 3) only pressing.
Geared motor power: 4 kW
DRAINING HOPPER:
Large hopper with feeding screw driven by an electric motor 1.5 KW.
Large draining surface of sheet with oblong holes.
Inspection door to allow cleaning in the juice collection tray.
