We are pleased to announce as of 1 February 2024, the entry into the Puleo Group of Strazzari S.r.l., a company specialised in the production of grape, grape marc, specific fruits and grape receiving solutions.
The operation, carried out through the company MED Holding, is part of the group’s development and investment plan to strengthen its position in the field of oenology. This will allow us to expand the offer of products manufactured with the high-quality standard that has always distinguished Strazzari on the market.
Strazzari shares with the Puleo group the same principles of excellence, people development, common vision, supported by a customer-centred approach.
This partnership brings the group closer to its goal of positioning itself as a leader in the wine market and will allow it to benefit from economies of scale and synergies in expanding its distribution network.
