PNEUMATIC PRESS WITH NITROGEN - INFINITY

The innovation introduced by Puleo with the Infinity system is based on pressing with nitrogen under a protected atmosphere, WITHOUT QUANTITATIVE LIMITS OF INERT GAS.

The special feature of this winery equipment is the ability of the pneumatic press to autonomously obtain nitrogen from the atmospheric air by means of a molecular divider. Nitrogen is made available during the different processing cycles.

The nitrogen captured is automatically managed by the system. This process serves to inertise the pressing environment and ensure fast and constant draining of the musts, right from the first stage of press loading.

The INFINITY system of this wine press offers a unique advantage: unlimited availability of new nitrogen, eliminating the need for recirculation or storage.

The pressurised nitrogen, which enters the pressing chamber at each cycle:

• ensures complete inertisation
• facilitates continuous and more efficient draining than conventional systems

This pressing with nitrogen leads to optimal results in terms of yield and product quality.

As the nitrogen enters the pressure tank, depressurisation creates an environment with decreasing temperatures, further improving the process.

PREXA N is a hybrid press. In addition to operating in INFINITY SYSTEM MODE, it can also operate in:

CLASSIC MODE (PREXA C): In this mode, operation follows the principle of closed tank presses. The must is extracted through internal channels, which, through the opening of the nozzles, allow the product to flow out to an external collection basin.
