DESTEMMER CRUSHER FOR SMALL CAPACITIES
The VEGA FLEXI small capacity destemmer crusher is designed to gently separate stems from berries. This winery equipment preserves the integrity of the berries and contributes to a more harmonious and less tannic wine.
Thanks to its flexibility and configurability, this winemaking equipment adapts to all types of grapes, even in difficult harvesting situations or with mechanically harvested grapes. VEGA FLEXI guarantees the highest level of quality and reliability.
The machine consists of a holed cage with beater shaft. The beater shaft rotates at variable speed, ensuring perfect separation of the grapes from the stalks. The action is gentle but also very effective.

- Holed cage
- Destemmer shaft
- Two-roll crusher
- Loading hopper
- Control panel with potentiometer and inverter to adjust the speed of the destemmer shaft and manage the processing with precision
- Fixed legs on wheels made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with 4 wheels, two fixed and two swivel with brake, for easy movement.

- Safety system equipped with microswitches for automatic locking in case of foreign objects between the rollers.

- Adjustable rubber rollers to prevent crushing of grape seeds.
- Feed hopper available in various versions:
- motorized with auger;
- wide type, for unloading bins, motorized with auger;
- draining.
- Telescopic legs, supplied on feet, fixed or swivel wheels with brakes.
