Significantly reduced inerting and pressing times

The pressurized nitrogen that enters the press chamber for each cycle promotes continuous and increased draining compared to classical pressing systems, with excellent yield/quality results of the extracted product.

Radical reduction of must residence time inside the press.

The must is immediately extracted and separated from the marc.

Fully automated recirculation washing system

Automatic washing system by recirculating water allows complete and accurate washing of the draining channels and all points in contact with the must. At the start of washing, the Press will automatically ration the required amount of water while the on-board pump will start recirculating water throughout the circuit for a the time set at the start of the phase. At the end of the process there is a discharge phase for the wastewater produced.
