CONTINUOUS TWIN SCREW PRESS ​

CONTINUOUS LINES - DRAINING PRESS

Continuous twin-screw presses are designed to ensure the continuous draining of marc from the draining lines.

This winery equipment consists of a perforated cage with a thick double helix inside, with decreasing pitch and section. 

The press outlet is equipped with a closure system, which can be either counterweighted or hydraulic, depending on the model.

Control panel, available either on board the machine or on a pedestal, with inverter to regulate speed.

Technical features

• Suitable for processing crushed, drained grapes, guaranteeing a continuous, uninterrupted process.
• Also suitable for difficult grapes with hard and resistant pulp, such as table grapes.
• Used for pressing exhausted macerated marc, from which vinello is made to be distilled for the production of grappa.

Other employment:

• 4-5th range: pressing and dehydration of fruit and vegetable waste.
• Ecology: used for pressing and dehydration of municipal solid waste.
