PERISTALTIC PUMPS

The peristaltic pump is designed for the gentle transfer of liquid, semi-dense and high-viscosity products. Thanks to its operation, this wine pump avoids direct contact between the components and the product. This winery equipment preserves the organoleptic properties of the liquid transferred, avoiding shaking or alteration. 


It is particularly suitable for transferring quality wines and musts. It is suitable for transferring whole or crushed grapes (destemmed and unstemmed) with the aid of a receiving hopper and a motorised feeding screw.


Technical features


The entire structure is made of stainless steel, making it robust and corrosion resistant.

Optimal for transferring high viscosity or semi-dense liquids, which do not come into contact with mechanical parts. This preserves product quality.


What elements make up the PRS Peristaltic Pump?

  • Pump body
  • Trolley on wheels to facilitate moving and handling in the cellar.
  • Removable airlocks via DIN connection for easy access and cleaning.
  • Internal EPDM rubber hose conforming to food standards, ideal for transferring liquid products.
  • Inverter to allow adjustment of pump capacity, adapting to different flow requirements.
  • Integrated pressure limiting switch for automatic shutdown in the event of excessive discharge pressure, ensuring process safety. Also useful for applications such as filling barrels.
