Here are the main steps of our innovative washing program:
1. Prewash: This initial phase allows the tanks to be purged, releasing pressure through the appropriate slots. At the same time, the tank receives an initial rinse, removing coarse residues.
2. Filling the press with water: After preflushing, the press fills with water to ensure deep flushing.
3. Washing rotation: The press makes specific rotations, filled with water, to evenly clean the inside of the tank.
4. Automatic water drainage: After the rotation, the wash water is automatically drained, carrying away all residue.
5. Washing of the channels: In this stage, the channels undergo a washing cycle that combines water and pressurized air, ensuring thorough cleaning and removal of any deposits.
