The single-screw continuous press is designed to ensure constant draining and continuous pressing of destemmed and unstemmed grapes. The winery equipment is ideal for processing drained marc from fresh, white or red grapes, as well as fermented marc. This system ensures efficient and continuous processing. It is suitable for different types of grapes and grape marc.
Technical Features
- The press consists of a perforated cage, inside which a thick screw, with decreasing pitch and section, rotates, ensuring uniform pressing.
- Equipped with a closure system that can be counterweighted or hydraulic, depending on the model, for precise control of the product flow.
- Control panel available on board the machine or on a pedestal, equipped with inverter to adjust speed and adapt to different processing requirements.
