CONVEYOR BELT

The Selecto conveyor belt is the ideal solution for manual grape sorting and for transferring grapes to the vibrating sorting table.
The winery equipment, thanks to the movement of the PVC belt, assists the operators in sorting the bunch of grapes. In addition, the belt conveyor transfers the product to the next machine.

Technical Features

The conveyor belts are made of PVC mats suitable for foodstuffs. They have a double PVC coating. This serves to prevent elongation or shrinkage. There are also containment channels for the must. In addition, there are internal side rails to convey the selected product. Finally, there are external channels to convey the waste.​

What elements form the grape conveyor belt? ​

• Discharge hopper with scraper for cleaning the inner belt.
• Lower must collection tank with discharge connection.
• 4 wheels: 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes.
• Mechanical speed variator with knob, located on the drive.​
