The grape harvest on Mount Etna: IDDA winery

Last summer, at the start of the harvest, we visited Cantine Idda, a beautiful winery in Belpasso. On that occasion, we met and interviewed the winery's oenologist, Antonio La Fata, who told us about the importance of Puleo technology in their production plant, from the reception, selection, and pressing line to the dehumidification system in the cellar.
