Press-Drum
Manufactured completely in stainless steel, self-supporting, half of the drum barrel is perforated with vertical slits, allowing thus a very large juice-discharge.

Diaphragm
Chemically neutral, tailored smoothly and therefore practically wrinkle-proved. Even smallest quantities can be pressen without damaging the diaphragm.

Central Filling-Station
Through the drum-shaft, opening 125 mm, supplied with a quick closing gate-valve and a built-in safety device for over-pressure, sounding alarm and automatical shut off for the mash-pump.

Electronic Control – fully automatic
For easy handling of the press and adaption of the Press-Programs to all types of grapemash. Also, with automatic failure and/or trouble-spots diagnosis so that an eventual breakdown can immediately be repaired.
